The role of cellulose ether in putty

Putty is a commonly used building material used to fill cracks and depressions on walls or ceilings to make the surface smooth and flat. 

Cellulose ether in putty is an important component and has multiple functions.

1. Increase viscosity

4. Adjust drying time
